Each 90-minute session begins with a grounding and physically nurturing practice, preparing your body to sit and breathe with ease. The series starts with the basics of meditation, including creating a comfortable seat and finding personal support in your practice.
Each week, Rosemary will introduce a new evidence-based technique, building a simple yet powerful routine empirically shown to enhance brain function. The series combines practical theory, physical application, lectures, conversations, and group meditations.
This series is open to all teachers and students, regardless of prior meditation experience! If you are interested in building or refining your meditation practice, this training is for you.

She continues to study with the Sky Ting family and draws on tools and techniques from a variety of lineages and traditions, namely Katonah and Iyengar Yoga.

In addition to her RYT200 certification, she is a LoveYourBrain certified teacher. Outside of the studio, Rosemary is pursuing a Master's of Psychology at Harvard University.

Using asana to help strengthen, open, and release, alongside breathwork to help calm, steady and ground the mind all to aid in the preparation of a more efficient birth. Taught in a light and playful way, each class will focus on navigating and honoring the changing body, integrating childbirth education, aligning and stabilizing the pelvis, moving the body to create more space, and connecting with others! The pregnant person will leave feeling strong, empowered, more spacious in their bodies, and more prepared for what lies ahead.Postnatal friendly :)
