A Katonah Yoga restorative practice gives us the insight needed to exist in the body with ease through discomfort. Think - giving your body a deep house clean, with no corners untouched! There is tons of doing so that when we go back out into the world it’s that much easier to just be. Longer practice for more involved prop usage!

Satsanga Sādhanā is a transformative 60-minute seated practice that intricately weaves together meditation, mantra, prānāyāma, and kriyā techniques. This music forward practice integrates various lineages and has been synthesized by Tony Lupinacci. Each class is framed by a Sankalpā or intention. By tailoring the rhythm of the breath to the beat of the music students are invited on an immersive exploration of the self.

Expect long holds in supported, relaxing poses. Restorative Yoga offers therapeutic tools to balance the nervous system in order to truly rest and replenish energy. Students will access states of deep mind and body relaxation through the architecture of restorative poses. Health benefits of a consistent restorative practice may include lowered blood pressure and blood sugar levels, reduced insomnia or anxiety, balanced menstruation, improved digestion.

A 60-minute transformational breathwork experience to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Class will start with an intention, move into 25 minutes of active breathing, and end with a long savasana.

Please bring:
- An eye mask
- TWO ocean stones or crystals to hold in your hands
