Describe your class in one sentence: My lineage is Hava, Darma and Meridian yogatherapy. My class synthesizes elements from all three lineages. Bringing forth a comprehensive challenging class informing the practitioner about the energy channels internal engagements centered around breath and focus. My class is alignment based with opportunity to explore Deepening variations
Music: My music is a blend of binaural beats, healing frequencies, light ambient sounds mixed with spiritual jazz and mantras occasionally sometimes I don’t use music as well.
Special talent: Professionally trained ballet, modern and African dancer. Capoeira practitioner and naturalist.
