Carolina and Gab will lead a beginner-friendly line dancing class! Perfect for those who want to dip their toe into line dancing, the class will introduce basic steps and simple routines in a judgement-free zone. With both country and pop songs as our guide, we’ll warm-up to get our bodies moving and learn two easy-to-follow line dances. No experience (or cowboy boots) needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm to boot scootin’ boogie.

We explore fundamentals of Martha Graham's floor technique, emphasizing grounding and connection to the center through the principles of contractions and release. Participants will use therabands to deepen their understanding of body mechanics and enhance movement quality and build connective core strength. We will also incorporate theatrical ideologies of modernist dance, encouraging self-expression and creativity.
