Themes of using asana as origami, manipulating form for function, and developing a sense of personal measure are all incorporated in Katonah Yoga practices. Learn techniques to organize your body as your abode, and cultivate joy! We highly recommend this practice for anyone interested in gaining further insight into their personal practice.
