HOUSEKEEPING is a continuation of previous trainings in which Chelsey Forbes delved deep into the mystical world of breathwork by developing clear understanding of the most basic tried and true techniques as well as how they are referenced in a Katonah Yoga practice. 

Inspired by Spring, this 5HR immersion is centered around integrating pranayama into your everyday routine, maintaining momentum, and expanding on existing vitality. 

We will discuss Kundalini, Ayurveda, and how integral these influences are to Katonah Pranayama… diet, lifestyle, sleep and how these impact our vagal nerves and ultimately strengthen our nervous system and enrich our lives.
