I was introduced to yoga in childhood during a chapter of immense grief and chronic pain. I believe in body curiosity & autonomy. My classes are always different and run the gamut regarding physical exploration and philosophy. I am committed to sharing the body’s natural intelligence and ability to heal itself…
Chelsey has studied with Nevine Michaan and Abbie Galvin. She is also heavily influenced by the teachings of Jivamukti Yoga and continues to draw inspiration from many other spiritual teachers she has met along the way.
