For days when you need some extra lubrication in your joints, this class is for you. Designed for the first thing you do in the morning, Krissy will help you loosen up after all the stiffness from sleep. We'll start nice and slow with some side bends and twists, then making your way to warm up your whole spine. After opening up the whole line of your leg, you'll get into the arches of your feet and your toes. You will feel ready to embrace your day refreshed with this beautiful 20 minute sequence.
