Description

King of the Mountain is an adapted practice from Katonah Yoga that will challenge you both physically and mentally. What seems simple- holding a yoga block overhead for a few minutes- can really test your realm of comfort... in a great way! You can do this practice pre or post other classes, or do it on its own. We recommend trying to do it everyday and see how your stamina and ease builds with time. Add a fun 6 minute song of your choice on top of our audio to help push you through it!
