Flossing for Stiffness (Part 1)



This Floss for men is a great way to manage chronic stiffness, tight, hamstrings, achy, lower back or stiff shoulders. When we work with our fascia, we can change our bodies for the long-haul. The design of the sequence specifically made for male anatomy, but all bodies are welcome to take this class. We will do Fascia Floss to release the neck, the lower back and the hamstrings and outer hips. Working these specific facial chains will improve recovery performance, and are supportive of prostate health.
