New Year, New PRYO TING! In this class we'll mix yoga with HIIT work led by Master Trainer Kirsty Godso. Focusing on the lower body, we'll play with shifting speeds and isometric holds, as well as opening up the legs and hips! The lower body PYRO exercises will light up your legs and glutes giving you a strong foundation for your yoga poses. A perfect pairing in our opinion!
