Description
Krissy Jones and Kirsty Godso designed a PYRO TINGS Light class for those of you who don't have time or are too intimidated to do a longer format PYRO TINGS class. Although this class is shorter, it's still a holistic practice where we blend yoga, strength, and stability. This class is focused on controlled movement, coordination, mobility, breath, and balance. No jumping, nothing scary, and perfect for everyone!
