This short, headstand prep flow is a class to take when you don't have a ton of time, but are in need of honing focus, warming up, and going upside down! We'll prep the body for a headstand inversion, and then have the option to play with different stages of building up into a headstand balance at the end. Great to do regularly if you're looking to build your stamina for staying upside down for longer periods of time.
