Description

This class will get you moving in your lower body through folding, unfolding, and twisting. We will ground the lower body to reveal openness through the upper body. There is attention to using the breath to help stay in poses a little longer. There are advanced moments in the class with optional modifications. And of course, take breaks, drink water, and rest as you need.
