Description

In this class we’ll twist in all directions and work up to some binds. This sequence is intermediate and builds heat along with a steady flow. When feeling stuck or stagnant binds can be helpful in reminding us, once were out of the pose, of all the space that we have in any given moment. Sometimes, with the body, it can be helpful to inject a feeling of difficulty — or being stuck — in order to become unstuck. Don’t forget to laugh if the binds feel impossible!
