We are going to drill a formal Katonah Yoga side-angle pose by playing with how the mind and imaginal body can run the muscular body to keep a pose dynamic.  You'll work in the legs a lot here, but we'll explore how eventually, our earthy warrior poses become flying poses by engaging the levity of our imagination!
