PYRO TING is our favorite combo class led with Master Training Kirsty Godso. Half yoga, Half HIIT/Strength Training, this class specifically focuses on Arms & Abs!!! We focus on opening up the upper shoulder girdle along with some juicy twists in the yoga portion, and fun and dynamic upper body and core strength exercises for a different sizzle in the PYRO portion. Quick but spicy!!!
