Join dancer (BFA '04, MFA '06), barre instructor and 500hr yoga teacher Regina for this barre-yoga asana combo practice that encourages variety, connection to your body and fun. Regina will lead you through a mix of ballet-inspired moves and yoga asana geared toward inspiring curiosity and exploration through movement. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Regina will use detailed cues to help you move safely. Experience with yoga is recommended. Having fun is highly encouraged.
