Description

Join Kirsty Godso and Chloe for an extra spicy PYRO TING, this is a recorded zoom from May 3, 2021. A gentle yoga warm up focuses on opening the sides of the body, hamstrings, wrists, and hips. From there KG builds the heat with a balance of strengthening and stabilizing moves alongside her signature cardio bursts including the famous hot sauce burpee. From there the last few minutes of class you get to unwind the hips with pigeon and double pigeon, finishing with a signature SKY TING shoulder opener and moment of rest. This class is tough, so modify as you need, and most importantly-- have fun!
