Description
This class calls us to be grateful for the challenges. 1/2 Yoga, 1/2 Strength and Cardio, it's one of our favorite combos for when you want to push yourself and mix up your techniques. This PYRO TING class starts with a gentle yoga warm up, then gets heated with some serious cardio bursts, mixed in with core and glute activations, and then finishes with a deep hip opener and a gratitude meditation.
