Props, props, and more props! This workshop is for intermediate to advanced practitioners looking to expand their props knowledge and discover the dynamic ways props can enhance their practice. We will start with a brief lecture on the different roles props play during daily practice and then employ those props in a challenging practice that will end with a well-deserved and relaxing cool down.
