Get ready to be fired up with this special collaboration class called PYRO TINGS, led by Kirsty Godso of PYROGIRLS and Krissy & Chloe of SKY TING! We'll start with a yoga sequence to warm up, go into about 25 minutes of interval training, and then wind down with another round of yoga at the end. You'll stretch, sweat, breathe, tone, get your heart rate way up, and then restore... leaving you feeling electric and clear!
