It doesn't take much time at all to ground and re-center ourselves, no matter where we find ourselves in our day. Whether its before your work day, during a short break, or after work, give yourself permission to pause and reset for a few minutes of very simple meditation. It's said that the moment you say "I don't have the time to practice" is the best time to practice :)
