Description
Sometimes when we can't sleep it's because we feel restless and fidgity. When setting ourselves up for a good night's rest, we want to calm down the nervous system by making the exhale longer than the inhale. Through mindful breath work, slower postures, this class will teach you how to gently soothe your body as if you were being tucked in and cradled to sleep.
