It could be argued that the practice of meditation was birthed from the realization that heartbreak is central to the human condition. In this class we'll chat a bit about why heartbreak could be the most important thing we could meditate on, regardless of how it happens. First we'll calm our bodies and minds down and then explore ways to tend to our own hearts with kindness and care. Bring a warm cup of tea!
