Root Chakra Flow for Stability and Grounding
Description
In this grounding practice, you'll start scanning the lower body, bringing awareness to your root chakra. To warm up, you'll roll out your feet with massage balls, then pick up the pace a bit to get your blood flowing, and find your stability with some lunges and standing poses. Amber will have you end in a juicy restorative pose to radiate through the base of your spine, which helps you feel supported, and able to take a stand in your own life.
