Description

In this class, we will explore the lower body's groundedness through Gomukasana.  The lower body works hard to carry us through the world and in this pose we repair the wear and tear caused by daily use. Through strengthened and spaciousness in the hips, we become our own support system. Working in the hips is not for the faint of heart! Use props and move slowly with care.
