Portugal with Krissy and Kyle
We’re going to back Portugal!! Come join us! SKY TING’s Krissy Jones and Kyle Miller are heading back to everyone’s favorite, Cocoon Portugal, owned and run by our friends Anton Brandt and Jon Sint. Theres a reason we keep going back to this beautiful farm; it’s a perfect way to unwind and relax towards the end of your summer.
Joint Krissy and Kyle for yoga twice a day, with meditation breathwork, and three daily farm to table meals!
About Cocoon:
Cocoon is located on the Atlantic coast, in Vila Nova de Milfonte, a charming, still undiscovered farm town. Plenty of swimming ( incredible beaches and freshwater lake on the property), hiking, and sunbathing! There are surf beaches for those interested, and plenty of towns to explore!
Dates: August 17 -- August 24, 2024
Travel:
- Book a flight into Lisbon arriving on the 17th. Rent a car or hire a driver. Check-in at Cocoon is after 2 pm.
- From elsewhere in Europe, there is also the option to fly into Faro, which is in the south.
- 2-hour drive from either airport to the property. Students will be encouraged to share rental cars, or private transport can be arranged prior to arrival.
- Check-out will be at 10:30 am on the 24th.
- Coming from Lisbon, Cocoon recommends a stop in Comporta for a swim, a fancy fabulous lunch at Comporta Cafe (make a reservation, worth it!)
- Other option for an arrival lunch is at A Choupana, no reservations needed. About a 15 min drive from Cocoon.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
