We’re headed back to Nosara! Krissy and Kyle are very excited to co-teach at one of our favorite places to practice, surf, relax, and escape the winter cold.

Join us for a 5 night stay at our beachside hotel on the Guanacaste Peninsula. 

The perfect retreat for many reasons. Take a deep dive into your yoga practice with two classes a day, including mediation and breath work. Slow things down with time to reset in the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by beautiful beaches and lush jungles. Or, enjoy some adventure! March will be the perfect time to surf, hike, and explore on your down time. 

Travel Options:
1. Fly in to Liberia (LIR), 2.5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 20 minute flight to the Nosara Airstrip via Sansa or Nature Air.
2. Fly into San José (SJO), 4.5/5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 45 minute flight to Nosara Airstrip via Sansa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
