In today’s fast-paced and high-stress world, we often find ourselves caught in the whirlwind of constant activity, losing touch with our true selves and what our needs are.
As we navigate our lives, the need for moments of peace and self-care has never been more critical. We know that we need to slow down and seek grounding tools to help us cope with uncertainty now, but the question remains: How can we sustain our mental, physical, and spiritual health in the long run?
As we continue to engage with the world around us, it’s essential to retain and integrate the healthy coping strategies that support us. How can we maintain a harmonious balance between our inner well-being and our external roles? About Zaina
Zaina is a New York City based meditation and yoga teacher with a passion for helping people in major cityscapes learn nurturing practices that can be used as tools to manage the stressors of everyday life. She was initially drawn to yoga in the early stages of her work career after long hours and intense work schedules triggered severe panic attacks and burnout. Yoga and breathwork were practices she tapped into to ground and find internal space in the chaos. With this in mind, she consciously builds classes that help support and shift energy in a way that is applicable both on and off the yoga mat. She strives to make wellness practices accessible to all through playful elements, engaging sequences, and the weaving of movement, breath, and sound into a dynamic practice. www.yoga-plant.com
