Streaming

This 75-minute class offers a gentle yet intentional flow of asanas, drawing inspiration from classical Yoga practices. Each movement is seamlessly guided by the rhythm of the breath, fostering presence and awareness. The session begins with seated pranayama and kriya techniques, thoughtfully designed to expand breath capacity and balance energy. It then transitions into variations of Sun Salutations and contemporary strengthening asanas, cultivating both strength and serenity. You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and revitalized.

Dates: May 17 - 24th, 2025.

Join us in the spring of 2025, May 17– 24th for our third year in a row, for a weeklong retreat in the Luberon Valley in Provence, France. We are continually blown away by the the home, the lush gardens and sweet spring air — and we were all left wanting more! This year we will be joined by Sky Ting Founder Krissy Jones!

Enjoy guided twice daily yoga, meditation, and delicious meals by the incomparable Flannery Klette-Kolton. Everything from practice to meals will be inspired by the burgeoning energy of spring in the southern French countryside. The sun will rise early and the days will grow longer with each passing sunset. We will be living in a stunning French farmhouse on an incredible estate in Goult. Spring is arguably the best time to be in France, particularly the agriculturally rich region of Provence. This time of year is known for its wild flowers, especially fields of bright red poppies, but perhaps most importantly, May is the beginning of Strawberry season. 

Nights and mornings will be cool but the long spring days have the potential to lead us outside for afternoon practice. You can spend your days exploring all that Provence has to offer or simply relaxing in our sprawling home for the week. There is also a tennis court for those who like to play and a heated pool to enjoy no matter the weather. Additional amenities include a billiard room and a home theater. 

And if time allows, don’t miss out on a night or two in Paris on your way in or out. 


Retreat Includes
7 nights, 7 days at a french farmhouse with views of olives groves and the rolling hills of Goult.

2 daily yoga classes with a strong focus on meditation. No prior meditation experience is required. Arrival day there will be a single afternoon welcome class and on departure day there will be a morning class. And mid week of the retreat there will two afternoons with no class, as this will give us time for a greater adventure in Provence. 

Included is a wine tasting with a wine master at the estate winery.

Light Breakfast, Brunch & Dinner daily that utilize and highlight the local bounty. 2 dinners not included (this will be an opportunity to explore neighboring towns and local cuisine. We will organize one big group dinner). Alcohol not included.
